I am an experienced Educational and Developmental Psychologist with a warm, authentic and non-judgemental approach. My practice is neurodiversity affirming and is founded on helping you access self-compassion and self-acceptance, and allowing you to recognise and value your own unique strengths and resources.
Perhaps you are navigating life transitions, parenting or school challenges, relationship difficulties, trauma, anxiety, or depression. Or maybe you are simply seeking a greater sense of fulfilment, a gentler relationship with yourself, or improved connections with others. My goal is always to help you understand your needs and values, find ways to hold difficult feelings, and overcome obstacles in a supportive and understanding environment. I utilise a range of therapeutic techniques, allowing us to choose what will best suit you on your journey.
Why Elephant Psychology?
Elephants are resilient, social animals that undertake long, arduous journeys. Their societies are often led by a matriarch who guides them, using her experience to find resources, navigate threats, and help make decisions that are vital for their well-being. I see the role of a psychologist in a similar light: to act as a steady guide, as you are negotiating your way. I am here to support you, help you connect with your own inner resources and values, and empower you to figure out the path that is right for you.
